Etsy Integration Guide

Connect your Etsy store to your Lappa account. The Lappa for Etsy app enables tax calculations within Lappa for all transactions on your Etsy platform, and also supports EPR data submission for your packaging compliance requirements.

To set up the connection between Etsy and your Lappa account for tax compliance purposes, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Sign in to your company account, navigate to the “Stores” section, and select “Add Store”.

Step 2

Choose “Yes, I sell through Marketplace”.
Then pick the Etsy integration and press “Connect Store”.

Step 3

You will be taken to your Etsy Account where you will need to sign in.

Click “Grant access” for the “Lappa” application.

Step 4

The integration is now complete!
You can verify the status in the “Stores” section — it should show “Active integrated with Etsy”.

Everything is ready — you can now use this data to complete your VAT return.
